The new Okuma PCH Custom Inshore Rods have hit the market. This series was created and designed by some of the top anglers in Southern California. They were designed to hold up to the incredibly harsh environment that SoCal inshore anglers put their rods through. With thick kelp forests and boiler rocks everywhere around our local islands, and mean Calico Bass fighting to get free, these rods were built for battle.
With six models ranging from 7-foot 6-inches in Medium action up to 8-foot Heavy action, this range has you covered.
The components are all top end featuring Fuji K-guides with Alconite inserts to reduce abrasion and for braided line use, premium Fuji reel seat for maximum support of your reel and comfort for you as well as TPE and Cork grip configurations for the ultimate in comfort and durability for all day casting.
These rods were designed using Okuma's UFR-II (Ultimate Flex Reinforcement) technology in the tip section as well as 3K Woven Carbon Fiber outer wrap blanketing an extremely light weight and responsive 24-Ton Graphite blank.
When we say tough, we mean it!
Some of the top anglers on the California Coast have been "testing" these rods for over a year and have been logging some incredible catches.
