Okuma continues to take precautionary measures to protect the health and well-being of its employees, customers, and partners. Okuma is closely following CDC guidelines in accordance with state & local regulations to limit the spread of COVID-19. Our Ontario, California offices are to remain closed to the general public. 

    THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:  

      • Customer Service is OPEN via email and phone. 
      • Our Warranty and Service center is OPEN at a limited capacity. 
          • With limited stock on hand, we may not be able to process your warranty on the same day.
          • Warranty and Service departments are seeing longer than normal turnaround times. We apologize, but please anticipate delays.
      • Website ordering is OPEN. We will process and ship orders as we continue to follow CDC guidelines to promote a sanitary workplace for our warehouse staff.
