As COVID-19 continues to impact the world, Okuma is taking precautionary measures to protect the health and well-being of its employees, customers, and partners. Okuma is closely following CDC guidelines in accordance with state & local regulations to limit the spread of COVID-19. Our Ontario, California office will remain closed.

Things you should know:

• Website ordering is OPEN. We will process and ship orders as we continue to follow CDC guidelines to promote a sanitary workplace for our warehouse staff.

• Customer Service is OPEN via email and phone. We are NOT currently accepting any walk-in's at our Ontario location. 

• Our Warranty and Service center is OPEN. 

• Warranty and Service departments are seeing longer than normal turnaround times. We apologize, but please anticipate delays during this pandemic.
