COVID-19 UPDATE

First and foremost, our hearts and thoughts go out to all who have been affected by the COVID-19 outbreak.

The Okuma USA team is focused on the health and well being of our employees, customers and vendor partners. We strongly support the efforts of local health officials and government leaders working to contain the spread of the virus. Due to the severity of the COVID-19 situation, California Governor, Gavin Newsom has issued a “stay-at-home” mandate effective March 19th. Okuma USA, following this mandate, will be closed until further notice.

Our Ontario, California facility must suspend current shipping and receiving operations and warranty repair and delivery commitments are currently suspended - including the availability of local facility pickup and local area delivery services. At this time, we will not be able to accept any packages at our Ontario, CA location. This includes product returns and products sent in for repair. If you currently have a product that is with our warranty and repair department, we will not be able to address issues until the state mandate is lifted. 

We will provide frequent updates on the status of our operations via email and our website, alerting you to any potential delays or required changes to time frames or commitments for specific products, facilities, or service areas.

Amid the disruption and uncertainty of this difficult time, we truly value your business, and we appreciate the trust in us that every order represents.
