Here at Okuma Fishing Tackle USA in Ontario, California we accept Walk-In Service through our Customer Service Department. Our Walk-In Service offers the following services: warranty / non-warranty repair, warranty replacement, parts / rod tip sales and other general inquiries about Okuma Fishing Tackle, FishLab and Soft Steel.

Walk In Service Hours:

Sunday: CLOSED

Monday: CLOSED

Tuesday: 10:30AM-3:00PM

Wednesday: 10:30AM-3:00PM

Thursday: 10:30AM-3:00PM

Friday: 10:30AM-3:00PM

Saturday: CLOSED

Our Customer Service team will continue to remain OPEN for ticketing, email, and phone assistance per our normal schedule.

The hours will be Mon-Fri, 830am-4:30pm PST

If you wish to take advantage our walk-in services, please complete each of the following.
  • Please download, fill out, and then print our Walk-in Service Form located here. Please print this out and bring it in with you.
  • Please submit a ticket for your walk-in needs by clicking here.
    • Please title your request WALK IN SERVICE”
    • Please have your proof of Purchase ready to attach when completing.
    • Fill out all information during the ticket submission process
    • Doing this will expedite your wait time

Things to Know:

  • Due to our facilities size we ask that only the individual needing assistance come in. We can only allow 4 individuals in our service room at a time.
  • There are no public restrooms available on-site
  • Currently, there is NO same day service
    • For a shipping fee, Okuma can ship dropped off items back to the customer
  • We DO NOT accept cash or personal checks
  • We only accept credit and debit cards
  • If you were unable to attach your Proof of Purchase to your ticket above, please remember to bring it in with you.
