Celebrate 40 years of Okuma by sharing the fishing memories that mean the most to you. Throughout November, we're giving away 40 Limited Edition Okuma 40th Anniversary Spinning Reels, with winners selected each week.

Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the start of the promotion on November 1, 2026.
  • Void where prohibited by law.
  • Participants must have a valid Instagram account and comply with Instagram's applicable terms and policies.

How to Enter

To receive an entry:

  1. Follow@okumafishingusa on Instagram.
  2. Post a photo or video featuring your personal best, favorite catch, or a memorable fishing experience.
  3. Tag@okumafishingusa and include#Okuma40Challenge in your post.
  4. Tag a friend.

Participants may submit multiple qualifying entries during each weekly entry period. However, duplicate submissions of the same photo or video will not qualify as additional entries.

Entries do NOT carry over from week to week.  Each week is its own entry period.

Each eligible participant may win only once during the entire promotion.

Entry Periods

The promotion runs from November 1 through November 30, 2026, and is divided into four entry periods:

  • Week 1: November 1 12:01am through November 7 12:59pm PST
  • Week 2: November 8 12:01am through November 14 12:59pm PST
  • Week 3: November 15 12:01am through November 21 12:59pm PST
  • Week 4: November 22 12:01am through November 30 12:59pm PST

Entries must be submitted during the applicable entry period to be eligible for that week's drawing.

Winner Selection

  • 10 winners will be selected from eligible entries for each entry period, for a total of 40 winners throughout the promotion.
  • Winners will be selected following the close of each applicable entry period using wheelofnames.com.
  • Winners are expected to be announced on the@okumafishingusa Instagram page on the Monday or Tuesday following each entry period.
  • Each person is eligible to win only once during the entire promotion.
  • If a previous winner is selected again, another eligible entrant will be selected.

Use of Submitted Content

By entering the promotion, entrants grant Okuma permission to share, repost and use their submitted photo or video, Instagram username and likeness in connection with the #Okuma40Challenge, Okuma's 40th Anniversary, and related Okuma promotional and marketing activities.

This permission includes use on Okuma-owned social media channels, websites, digital marketing and other promotional materials.
