Okuma's Dave Brown recently returned from the Okuma 3 Day charter aboard Excel Sportfishing out of San Diego California.  Fishing has been pretty good for really big bluefin tuna around the local islands.  On a 3 day trip you have many options.  Our captain decided to make bait and head straight over and straight into the fray.
