The Okuma What Inspires You campaign has been an ongoing campaign for 2018.  They have just launched a social media online contest with some great prizes including an expenses paid trip to Southern California to fish with Team Okuma and a chance to be in an episode of the Stoked On Fishing television show.

 The contest is pretty simple.  Tell us What Inspires You about fishing.

Sit down in front of your phones camera, GoPro, etc., and let us know what it is that gets you out on the water.  Is it the fresh air, solitude or even the friendships you make while out on the water.  Just let us know.

 Your video should be HD Quality and be between 1 and 3 minutes in length and have clear audio.  You can make your video as cool as you want with fishing footage including your monster catches, drone shots and underwater footage.  Or you can make it as simple as you’d like by just sitting in front of the camera.  It’s really that easy.

 The contest will kick off on August 27 and run through September 14 giving you three weeks to come up with your best stuff and to submit your video. 

 After that three weeks a panel of Okuma judges will pick the top 5 videos.  From there, you the Okuma angler will get a chance to vote on which video is the best. 

 We will be awarding three prizes.

Grand Prize will be a trip to SoCal for two days of fishing with Team Okuma.

Second Place is a $1,000 Okuma Gift Card that you can use to purchase your favorite Okuma items.

Third Place is a $500 Okuma Gift Card that you can also use towards the purchase of some new Okuma items.
