In this weeks Tune-Up Tuesday, Walleye Pro Isaac Lakich gives some tips and techniques on fishing a Flutter Spoon for Walleye.

The Flutter Spoon is a great bait for searching out bites.  The bait itself can be cast or vertically jigged.  Either way you fish it, it gives off a flutter of a dying fish and draws in big strikes from prey.  This technique is great for largemouth and smallmouth bass but also deadly on walleye!
